Why Jethro?

Jethro was first established in 2012 in Canada. We began as a company specializing in non-smartphones with large screens and big buttons that enhance the lives of seniors and others who benefit from simple technology. As we grew, Jethro then opened a second headquarters in the United States. Along the way, we noticed a need from our customers for affordable plans to pair with their Jethro phones that only charged them for what they use. That is what inspired us to create our affordable, flexible, and reliable phone plans.

We differ from many other senior cellphone companies because we started as a local company located in Washington State, USA. Many other senior cell phone manufacturers are based overseas and do not care about product quality nor after-sale service. Jethro knows the importance of quality customer service and after-sales support. Knowing the difference, we manage to keep this part local and based in the United States, unlike the larger carriers that outsourced it to third-party overseas companies. As a result, you can always rely on the same customer-focused support we have always offered. When contacting our customer support, it can be sure you will be connected to a knowledgeable staff member in a timely manner. Our diverse local staff can also ease language and cultural barriers during inquires. Here at Jethro, we are proud to offer knowledgeable, timely, and effective support to our customers.

Jethro Prepaid Plans

One great service we offer here at Jethro is our prepaid phone plans. Our plans run off T-Mobile’s network. Our plans are affordable, flexible, and reliable, sure to fit the needs of any customer. We offer two types of plans:

BASIC PLANS: 30-day to 1-year long prepaid plans

Text and talk minute-based (with some data like 90-day, 180-day, and yearly plans)
Pair great with Jethro phones and other non-smartphones
A good option for those who mainly use their phone for calling and texting and use minimal data

30 - DAY PLANS:

30-day unlimited talk, text, and data plans
GB-based prepaid plans
Pair great with both smartphones and non-smartphones
A good option for those who use more data, such as GPS

All our plans include international texting and calling to Canada, Mexico, China, and Japan. You can add additional counties for just $5. Our plans also come equipped with mobile hotspot capability.
